GETTING THROUGH

“Helping your young person organise their feelings.”

Communication with our young people can be a challenge at the best of times, let alone when they're struggling to regulate their feelings.

This seminar is a lived experience reflection in response to three questions:

- what's going on with my own mental health?

- why does communication feel so hard?

- how do I know what to say?

This workshop provides three practical and road-tested frameworks -- presented by someone who has been in the trenches, caring for their person.

"I really appreciated the well thought out and condensed version of helping yourself and your person through mental health issues.  You really presented clearly the most important aspects."  - 'Laura' (workshop participant)
