BEYOND BLAME

(this workshop is currently under construction)

Where did I go wrong?

If we’re really honest, all of us have asked the question when we see the anguish our person might be experiencing.

We know it’s not helpful to blame ourselves (“it’s not about us!”) — but it’s sure difficult not to feel that way once in a while.

How do we move beyond this default mode of blaming ourselves?

This free self-paced workshop is a lived experience reflection in response to three questions:

- what's with the mental health ‘trend’?

-  am I responsible for their problems?

- how can I organise my own thinking?

This is a free self-paced ‘lived experience learning’ workshop.
